The Alyssa Jimenez Research Institute™

A research institute focused on organizational systems, operational coherence, and regenerative structural behaviors.

The Alyssa Jimenez Research Institute (AJRI) conducts diagnostic research into how institutions function under real operating conditions — including workflows, decision flows, coordination breakdowns, and the gap between formal structures and lived operational reality.

AJRI studies how work, decisions, communication, and coordination actually flow inside organizations.

We translate abstract systems language into observable, modifiable domains.

My background began in infectious disease research, studying how biological systems destabilize under stress.

After transitioning into organizational environments across biotechnology, finance, marketing, publishing, and sales operations, I observed recurring structural patterns across industries: fragmented coordination, unstable decision systems, hidden operational load, and chronic system friction.

Those observations led to the development of Regenerative Systems Architecture™ (RSA), an emerging systems discipline focused on institutional coherence and long-term structural resilience.
